This is a series that is out of the norm in that instead of having a bunch of individual adventures with the same characters that occasional have a season plot arc, it is a single continuous adventure where characters are introduced, grow old, have children, die and more characters come onto the scene. Unlike previous Bible stories, it is NOT presented as a bunch of broken stories. The episodes interrelate and one could remove the episodic numbering and it could be one long story where the relationships of the characters in the previous story are clearly related to characters in the next. Sunday School gives us stories of Noah and Abraham, but in this series, it is finally presented that the characters' lives not only overlapped, but they KNEW each other. Let me know what you think.

The Series is slated to officially begin Monday, June 6. It begins with "In the Beginning" which, of course, has been posted in preview for some time.
The episodes will be posted every Monday around 7pm central, except July 4, until the original 10 episodes are all out there.
After that, we'll see if time allowed for at least the completion of Genesis. Personally, I really, really want to get thru the whole Bible. As episodes are completed after the tenth, they'll be posted, but I would hope to have completed 11 by August and even past that one.

Is this series based on the Bible or does it mix other books with it?
