Bluffs is a town with a long and colorful history. It began as a village called Vaigron until a religious extremist, John Gospoderrick tried to convert the people. When they rejected him, he slaughtered them all in their sleep. When he escapes from prison, he imparts his knowledge to a young student, Morris Peagan, who takes it all to heart and starts Gospoism. Gospoism thrives for many years until it consumes Morris to such an extent, he is willing to kill for it, leading to his own demise. Gospoism continues in the town as its primary religion creating some odd situations between the town and outsiders who do not understand it.
